Pay Range

USD $105,271.00 - USD $131,589.00 /Yr.

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Manager, Implementation to join our Implementation department! 

 

The Associate Manager, Implementation is a highly motivated professional with at least 5 years of successful project management experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management [PBM] industry.  In addition, this individual would have a minimum of 5 years of implementation process experience and mentored team members.   The Associate Manager is responsible to lead implementations, lead a team of Implementation Project Managers and are responsible for the success of the implementations lead by their respective team.  As an Associate Manager, Implementation you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project and the projects lead by your team.  The role is client facing and requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • The Associate Manager, Implementation will be the primary contact for new client projects varying in size, complexity, and duration of projects ranging from 30-120+ days  
  • End-to-end accountability for the overall timely implementation project and the projects led by your team 
  • Assist in making decisions based on contract requirements and guidelines to ensure contract KPIs are achieved.  
  • Provide direction to other operational areas to ensure efficient order processing.   
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization 
  • Manage hiring process, on-boarding process and termination process for their team members 
  • Support Sales efforts including traveling to and participating in finalist meetings as well as RFP support 
  • Provide go-live support either through remote access, internal on-site access or client site access. This requires working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as needed 
  • Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis to best determine the appropriate requirements to ensure a smooth and successful implementation 
  • Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools and then obtain approval from the Client before initiating builds 
  • Deliver ongoing communication of project status by continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the project and report back to internal management and subject matter team members and the Client using weekly status reporting formats  
  • Conduct "Post Implementation Review" meetings post-implementation to improve processes for the future.   
  • Travel to client onsite meetings or onsite internal meetings may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role. The percentage of travel may increase during peak session and depending on client needs.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, project management or 3+ years equivalent work experience required 
  • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred 
  • 5+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience leading and/or mentoring team members preferred 
  • Proficiency with Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 
  • Prefer at least 4+ years project management experience, working with external client’s client relationship management experience, with proven client implementation and project management experience, within a healthcare/PBM, account services, customer service, non-IT client implementations, or related industry 
  • Microsoft Office Tools experience (1-3 years). Must have a working knowledge of Word (create and edit documents), Excel (create and edit spreadsheets), Project/ Smartsheet (create and edit projects) and PowerPoint (create and edit presentations) 
  • Demonstrated use of Project Management tools and methodology 
  • Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy 
  • Project Management (5+ years) preferred  
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives 
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
