USD $87,954.00 - USD $107,919.00 /Yr.

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our talented HR team. 

This role is a great fit for someone who wants to be a positive champion of our compensation program. This role will support our leaders’ needs through email and video call communication that is clear, positive, and direct. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will run meetings, asking questions to fully understand the need and work with leaders to execute equitably and within policy.

 

The Sr. Compensation Analyst will oversee the administration of the organization’s compensation programs and policies. In partnership with the Sr. Manger, Total Rewards & HRIS, will ensure a market competitive, cost efficient and compliant compensation program that is easy for employees to understand the value of their total reward. 

The Sr. Compensation Analyst will develop, implement and coordinate programs to compensate employees in accordance with the competitive markets, lead job evaluations, job leveling and architecture and job governance, oversee the annual merit program, at-risk compensation calculations and payment and provide compensation consultation to leadership.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Conduct research analysis on compensation trends, including benchmarking, draft reports, bonus plans, incentives and generating analyses to support competitive compensation classifications and pay 
  • Deliver day-to-day compensation activities such as job evaluation, employee wage changes, ad-hoc requests, and short-term projects 
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert to HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders' on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluations 
  • Research compensation best practices and programs and make recommendations for enhancement of programs as appropriate 
  • Assist in the development and administration of commissions, incentives and bonus programs 
  • Audit compensation data to ensure compliance with organization’s pay policies and practices and ensure compliance with all related regulations including FLSA and pay equity 
  • Modify compensation structures and conduct equity analysis of roles in response to changing organizational needs and market values  
  • Ensure job development follows career architecture including the development of job descriptions and maintaining of systems. Partners with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Leaders on the program 
  • Evaluates new job requests to identify alignment with existing jobs or determine need for new jobs including a review of existing structure as well as a market analysis and determination of FLSA status.  
  • Partners with the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to administer the annual merit and bonus calculations. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.  
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-CP or PHR a plus. 
  • 5 + years of compensation related experience is required. 
  • Advanced knowledge to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrable interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills. Able to interact well all levels of management. 
  • Knowledge to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions. 
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives 
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
