Pay Range

USD $49,911.00 - USD $59,418.00 /Yr.

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding Analyst, Operations CEC to our Clinical Engagement Center department!

 

The Analyst, Operations CEC is responsible for several critical functions within the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) which may include process improvement, documentation, client communications, process execution, leadership support, member communication, sales support, and operational support. The Analyst, Operations CEC is a highly motivated professional with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience with CRM and various reporting tools is a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret data is required. Excellent oral and written communication is required. The ability to plan, organize, and focus on details is critical.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?   

  • Assume responsibility for certain inefficient functions and find ways to optimize or automate the workflow.
  • Communicate the process and status of programs to multiple stakeholders including leadership, other departments, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate, analyze, and report on data to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Perform analyses as requested by internal and external stakeholders in support of internal goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for fielding, analyzing, and resolving inquiries from internal and external teams.
  • Understand, follow, document, and assist with improvements to current operational and administrative processes.
  • Research customer and contract issues that may affect account planning, strategies, and proposals. 
  • Support sales and client initiatives. 
  • Assist with internal department and corporate projects as required.
  • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?  

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional license/certification (e.g. CPhT, LPN, MA) with 5 years of managed care, benefits, or pharmacy experience required. 
  • Managed care, benefits, pharmacy, or related experience required.
  • Ability to function independently as well as in a collaborative group environment required.
  • Must be comfortable communicating across multiple areas within the organization and leading cross-departmental conversations.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
