Pay Range

USD $120,524.00 - USD $150,655.00 /Yr.

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Cost Operations to our EPMO department 

 

This role oversees and directs all financial activities related to our Enterprise Strategy and Technology (ES&T) division. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for IT and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This is an independent contributor role that will work closely with many stakeholders for the purposes of financial operations management. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management but will work closely with many leaders within the Enterprise Strategy and Technology division and across the organization, project managers, Finance, and Accounting.  

 

This role ensures effective financial management processes are developed and adhered to with the goal of ensuring overall fiscal responsibility, an orchestrated financial strategy across the division, and transparent visibility into division financials.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?   

  • Oversee and manage all division financial functions and projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting 
  • Participate in business case stage of ideation to work with the requestor and stakeholders to capture all projected project costs 
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support goals and objectives; lead change as needed 
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions as needed 
  • Ensure key project financial metrics are met and that all risk and issues are sufficiently mitigated 
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making 
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals in collaboration with key stakeholders 
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to others performing related activities 
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial functions 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ES&T financial management 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required 
  • Project and/or program management certification required 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within an IT or technology-focused environment required 
  • Senior-level project management experience, with at least 6 years executing projects from ideation through implementation required 
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives 
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
