Due to growth, we are adding a Coordinator, Benefits and HRIS to our Human Resources department!
This position is Hybrid, Appleton WI.
The Coordinator, Benefits and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) will partner with the Director, Total Rewards and HRIS and other department associates to support the administration of our associate benefit programs and the HRIS systems. The incumbent is responsible for administering the day-to-day benefit enrollment activities of our associates (new hire and qualifying life events) and transactional processing within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity. This Coordinator will support the associate needs related to benefit enrollment, general questions, documentation and associate communications. Finally, the Coordinator will facilitate ad hoc and monthly reporting needs of the HR teams, benefit communication planning and email correspondence.
