Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Operations Analyst to join our Implementation department! 

 

The Senior Implementation Operations Analyst is a highly motivated professional with at least 5 years successful implementation experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint. Experience with CRM, Smartsheet, NCRx, 3D and various reporting tools are a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret data is required. Business writing experience is a plus. Ability to plan, organize and focus on details is critical. The Senior Implementation Operations Analyst must have strong relationship skills to be able to interact with key operating departments related to growth, business development and operational compliance. The Senior Implementation Operations Analyst will work with internal partners to develop and maintain all aspects of the Implementation process. These tasks include leading, developing and enhancing implementation processes, tools, systems, and maintenance.

How do I make an impact on my team? 

• Develop and deliver to defined department roadmap
• Maintain robust project plan
• Create and maintain implementation tools including all systems and training materials
• Design, manage and maintain executive-level reporting
• Develop and provide ongoing training to Implementation Team
• Report team metrics including but not limited to the following - Performance Guarantee, weekly client status report, Pre and Post Go Live Client Status report, Post Go Live issue resolution Management
• Work with end users to understand needs, make recommendations, and incorporate processes (workflows, tasks, and dashboards) while establishing consistency
• Identify key metrics to monitor the compliance and accuracy of the process, establishing oversight methods that are operationally efficient and effective
• Finalist Meeting Documentation/ Material/Training and Assignments
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area; or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Navitus and health care industry preferred
• 5+ years of implementation experience required
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client and internal needs required
• Strong team orientation, commitment to sales and client service and desire to succeed
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
