Pay Range

USD $105,270.00 - USD $131,588.00 /Yr.

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Manager, Implementation Process to our Implementation department

 

The Manager, Implementation Process will lead a team of Implementation Process Analysts responsible for collaborating with the Implementation Team and their business partners to identify and define client implementation opportunities, strategies, and plans that align with organizational goals. The Manager, Implementation Process provides direction and expertise to ensure senior leadership decision-making is optimal for return on investment. The Manager, Implementation Process will partner with internal SMEs and leaders to develop and document best practices, create tracking and monitoring tools, develop performance metrics, ensure process compliance, and establish continuous feedback loops for the purpose of ongoing process improvement. Tasks include driving the development and constant enhancement of implementation processes, tools, and systems, flexing with industry and client demands and changes.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Sets team direction, resolves escalations, provides guidance to members of own team. Hires talent, successfully onboards. Motivates, coaches, provides feedback, mentors, guides, and develops others
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges, influencing forecasting and planning activities
  • Establishes a project plan with key milestones, clear expectations, and a documented change control, escalation, monitoring, and reporting process
  • Works with business partners and end users to understand needs, make recommendations, and incorporate processes (workflows, tasks, and dashboards) while establishing standardization and consistency to create, control, and improve client implementation processes ensuring alignment with organization priorities
  • Leads implementation program design and program improvement activities, including reporting and analytics
  • Provides strong organizational change management direction and guidance, giving input into and/or developing relevant policies, procedures, and/or work tools to support new or updated business processes, reporting to relevant stakeholders on benefits, challenges, and progress of solution implementation and effectiveness
  • Creates and oversees processes to gather stakeholder feedback on solution effectiveness, monitors on-going progress of business processes, identifying potential challenges, risks, and/or issues/defect/errors, utilizing stakeholder feedback, compliance data, and process performance metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develops and maintains Implementation presentations, templates and resource documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare required
  • 2+ years of experience leading root cause analysis, establishing and executing effective process improvement or change management plans required
  • 2+ years of experience in project management required
  • 2+ years of experience with PBM client implementations, benefit configuration, account management, or client services required
  • Experience leading and/or mentoring team members required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Experience with client implementations, benefit configuration, account management, or client services in health plans and/or multiple lines of business preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
