Pay Range

USD $65,686.20 - USD $79,140.00 /Yr.

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding Client Onboarding Advisor - Pharmacy Network Management to our Pharmacy Network Operations department!

 

The Client Onboarding Advisor will play a key role during new client implementations to understand the client’s current processes, requirements and goals and will cross reference these to Navitus’ product offerings to strategize on how to meet the client’s needs. This individual is responsible for the creation and execution of onboarding plans created specifically for the client and will oversee the entire onboarding process end-to-end for their functional area. The Client Onboarding Advisor will act as a key member of the implementation team to ensure a positive, successful client and member experience in their transition to Navitus. The Client Onboarding Advisor may also act as a conduit between Navitus Sales, Proposals and Implementation teams and the designated functional area within Navitus to support and improve proposal language, preparedness and contractual compliance for new business opportunities and new clients.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Act as the SME for pharmacy network operations throughout the onboarding process, providing guidance and clarity to both internal teams and clients.
  • Understand and document client-specific requirements, workflows, and goals to ensure successful implementation.
  • Review proposal documents and contracts to identify pharmacy network deliverables. Ensure these are properly scoped, resourced, and tracked.
  • Present network operations, workflows, and limitations to clients to ensure transparency and alignment of expectations.
  • Define and document requirements, process flows, reporting needs, and testing criteria for new functionality. Collaborate with technical teams to plan and deliver solutions.
  • Proactively identify and escalate challenges or barriers to leadership to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Government Programs team to validate compliance for any Medicare, Medicaid, or ACA Exchange-related services or deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates to implementation and account management teams to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Lead the development of pharmacy network RFP responses, ensuring content is clear, professional, and up to date.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support successful client onboarding and network operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of PBM administration and/or Pharmacy industry required
  • Five (5)+ years of healthcare, pharmacy and/or PBM industry experience preferred
  • Functional process management or technical application experience preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
