Pay Range

USD $77,545.88 - USD $95,148.32 /Yr.

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Analyst, Implementation Process to our Implementation department.

 

Sr. Analyst, Implementation Process is responsible for collaborating with the Implementation Team and their business partners to document and define client implementation practices, strategies, and plans that align with organizational goals. The Sr. Analyst, Implementation Process provides feedback to leadership ensuring decision-making is optimal for return on investment. The Sr. Analyst, Implementation Process will partner with internal SMEs and leaders to determine and document best practices, create tracking and monitoring tools, develop performance metrics, ensure process compliance, and support continuous feedback loops for the purpose of ongoing process improvement. Tasks include encouraging the documentation and constant enhancement of implementation processes, tools, and systems, flexing with industry and client demands and changes.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Works collaboratively with the Implementation team and their business partners to collect and document technical specifications and determine and communicate standards and best practices, program design and program improvement activities, including reporting and analytics
  • Coordinates the testing, training, and roll out of process improvement plans, tools, and automation
  • Performs root cause analysis, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and proposes and executes preventative action plans
  • Monitors on-going progress of business processes to determine solution adherence and effectiveness and proactively identifies, documents, and communicates challenges, risks, and/or issues
  • Utilizes a project plan with key milestones and change control, escalation, monitoring, and reporting methods
  • Provides operational support for associates and business partners, fielding and assessing escalations to troubleshoot and correct problems
  • Reports to leadership on benefits, challenges, and progress of solution implementation and effectiveness
  • Gathers and evaluates stakeholder feedback, compliance data, and process performance metrics to identify and execute improvement opportunities
  • Develops and maintains Implementation presentations, templates and resource documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with PBM client implementations, benefit configuration, account management, or client services required
  • 5+ years of experience with business analysis and/or process improvement required
  • 3+ years of experience documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project management methodologies required
  • 3+ years of experience in project management required
  • Experience writing business requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Experience with client implementations, benefit configuration, account management, or client services in health plans and/or multiple lines of business preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
