The Vendor Relationship Coordinator’s primary role is to support the day-to-day operations of the BPO Vendor Manager on behalf of Lumicera, ensuring quality delivery of a variety of administrative and office related tasks. The Vendor Relationship Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of BPO daily operations, working closely with the Vendor Manager and Operations Leadership staff to provide general support in helping the Call Center and Prior Authorization achieve their desired results.

How do I make an impact on my team?
• Participate in and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly meetings and business reviews in support of vendor partnership.
• Be primary point of contact for any daily tasks, vendor operational requests. This includes triaging escalations.
• Organize communication and meetings by taking meeting minutes, responding to chats and emails, and triaging escalations.
• Creation and maintenance of resources such as vendor playbooks, performance data on internal operations trackers, and support documents on shared platforms.
• Manage permissions of shared resources, such as Sharefile and Lumicera Sharepoint.
• Work with WFM to coordinate eLearnings, team meetings, and overtime needs of each department with vendor.
• Partner with vendor manager, WFM, and training teams to identify need for classes, onboard associates, and communicate timelines for training.
• Other duties as assigned
What our team expects from you?
• High school diploma or GED required. Post-high school education preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Word. Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
