Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Coordinator, Medicaid and Exchange to our Government Programs department.  

 

The Sr. Coordinator, Medicaid and Exchange is responsible for providing administrative, technical and process support for Medicaid and Exchange functions. The Sr. Coordinator works closely with the Product Managers to ensure that deliverables are completed according to project plans.   This role requires analytical skills, strong attention to detail, technical writing skills, and basic knowledge of Medicaid/Exchange rules and regulations.

How do I make an impact on my team?   

• Provides Medicaid/Exchange SME support and coordination for annual re-implementations and new client implementations.  This includes document creation, status report compilation, and document posting. 
• Prepare and deliver regulatory reporting and performs initial quality review and compliance check against State, CMS and client requirements 
• Supports Medicaid/Exchange Product Managers and Associate Product Managers related to various Medicaid/Exchange client requests, including creation of client-facing information 
• Supports the System Incident Request (SIR) process by tracking all Medicaid and Exchange SIRs from start to finish.  Ensures SIR Impact Reports completed and processes pharmacy/member outreach if applicable. Maintains monthly reporting of inventory for leadership review. 
• Lead role in Compass website administration/maintenance for Medicaid and Exchange 
• Develops knowledge in Medicaid and Exchange to better understand upstream and downstream processes 
• Administers end to end Medicaid/Exchange processes with precision and accuracy Responsibilities also include managing detailed work instructions related to assigned responsibilities and/or support of the Product Management staff 
• Identifies potential process improvements and works closely with the Product Managers to modify, test and implement 
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.   
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience required
