Due to growth, we are adding Marketing Specialist to our team!
The Marketing Specialist plays an important role in the organization by supporting the development and implementation of high-quality, mission-aligned marketing strategies and initiatives for our wholly-owned subsidiary Lumicera Health Services. Vertical markets for this line of business include prescribers, patients, health systems and manufacturers.

How do I make an impact on my team?
• Facilitate the on-time delivery of a variety of marketing materials, including garnering the approvals by internal and external stakeholders and implementing print production of materials.
• Support Lumicera marketing and lead generation needs across all line of business market verticals, including attending internal and external client calls and meetings, as appropriate.
• Build and maintain digital asset library, prospect lists and a variety of web-based application(s). Ensure all platforms are up-to-date and accurate to support excellent execution and accreditation.
• Support social media calendar creation, execution and production, including online review of materials specific to each vertical. Ensure all approvals are completed on time.
• Utilize writing ability to edit materials, as needed, so that it engages interest, takes into account audience and varying health literacy levels, and aligns with overarching messages, customer experience strategies and brand standards.
• Provide support for Lumicera’s analytics needs across all digital platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics a plus.
• Participate in meetings to support the cross-functional management of complex print vendor and cross-channel projects related to new customer implementations and program introductions. Must be able to follow established processes and follow through on next steps

What our team expects from you?
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing required.
• Basic copywriting skills required.
• A healthcare background is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
