The Sr. Director, Growth Marketing will further the organization’s growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goals. Through this work, the Sr. Director, Growth Marketing will strengthen and evolve our portfolio brands, product positioning, and stakeholder engagements across the buyer journey, from awareness to retention. This leader will deploy impactful marketing strategies aligned to priority business objectives, elevating past efforts and scaling for the future.

How do I make an impact on my team?
• Oversee the creation and execution of growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across traditional and digital channels.
• Define and manage a comprehensive marketing roadmap to ensure coordinated, priority actions for optimal impact.
• Guide ongoing assessment of efforts along the customer buying journey, advancing organizational planning and strategy definition.
• Collaborate to influence customer segmentation efforts to better understand target audiences, enabling more effective marketing efforts.
• Utilize data and analytics to uncover insights into buyer behavior, preferences, pain points, and modes of engagement.
• Engage as a key leader on the department and divisional leader teams, contributing to business planning and decision-making processes.
• Support ongoing efforts to strengthen portfolio brands for the PBM and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketers by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence.

What our team expects from you?
• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and driving strategic initiatives required.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies in B2B environments.
• Experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies, product marketing, and digital efforts.
• Experience in health care, pharmacy benefits management is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
