Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources department!
Under the direction of the Manager, Learning & Development, the Training Coordinator (TC) will deliver highly interactive, engaging, and impactful virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training opportunities. The TC will support the ongoing efforts such as facilitating new hire orientations; coordinating, scheduling, and assisting ongoing training initiatives; resource and knowledge management; and regular marketing of the learning function. This person will utilize the corporate learning management system (LMS) to assign training, update transcripts, and measure training success. This may include the development of online courses for use in the LMS. TC will readily adapt to incorporate projects and assignments as assigned by the Manager, Learning & Development. This is an entry level position that requires a growing knowledge of business operations, regulatory environment, and adult learning theory.
