Pay Range

USD $13.27 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

The Summer Intern supports the function of their designated department within Navitus, Lumicera or Epiphany.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Facilitate process design, documentation and discipline to advance key objectives of Marketing & Enterprise Product Strategy department.
  • Identify and deploy best practices to further go to market planning and sales/customer success enablement
  • Support on-time delivery of program management best practices
  • Identify and deploy best practices to further product marketing discipline
  • Synthesize information to create and share understanding of competitive landscape
  • Participate in activities of the internship program, engaging cross-functionally to expand awareness and understanding of enterprise
  • Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements
  • Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department. Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime
  • Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements
  • Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies
  • Assist with special projects
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform duties assigned by supervisor and department mentors. Intern duties will vary in each department
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited 2 or 4 year college for the upcoming school year
  • Must have at least 1 year of coursework completed
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience with process definition, development
  • Experience working within a project team and managing work to on-time delivery
  • Content marketing development
  • Digital/Social media marketing and content development
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Hootsuite
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
  • The intern role is considered a learning opportunity and as such, no specific experience is required. Preference may be given to candidates with work experience or education paths determined desirable by the department each intern supports
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
