Pay Range

USD $112,640.00 - USD $140,799.99 /Yr.

Work Schedule Description (e.g. M-F 8am to 5pm)

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Engagement Center (RPh) to join our team!

 

The Supervisor, Clinical Engagement Center (RPh) is responsible for leadership and support of a cross functional team of associates within the CEC.  This role will also have expanded responsibility for select clinical functions as assigned by their manager. This may include, but is not limited to, quality improvement initiatives, auditing, creation and maintenance of detailed work instructions, new program development, collaboration with additional Navitus teams including IT and analytic partners, staff and client training, sales presentations, client management, and clinical reviews of resources and recommendations made through outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Oversee day to day performance of CEC staff, providing support to ensure staff are meeting performance goals while delivering unparalleled service.
  • Participate and support all CEC programming including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Reporting and Intervention for Stars Excellence (RISE), and Personalized Member Transitions (PMT) along with other necessary programming to support a diverse membership.
  • Develop appropriate clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts to support pharmacy staff impactful outreach.
  • Lead the development of new clinical programs and manage the maintenance of existing programs as assigned.
  • Facilitate communication and education to clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program outcomes.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of current standards, regulations, and guidance including CMS, PQA, and HEDIS measures to communicate information to stakeholders and clients.
  • Serve as a preceptor for students, interns and residents within the CEC department.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other functional areas/departments.
  • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Pharm. D degree required.
  • Certification/Licenses: Registered pharmacist required with current unrestricted licensure in the state of home office or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years’ clinical experience including direct consultation experience required.
    • Experience as a clinical call center lead is preferred.
    • Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
    • PBM or managed care experience is preferred
