Due to growth, we are adding a Director, Product Marketing and Training to our Marketing department.
The Director, Product Marketing and Training will further the organization’s growth by setting the strategic vision for product marketing and training across PBM. This leader will develop and implement go-to-market strategies that elevate product positioning, drive market differentiation, and enhance customer value. Through this work, the Director will strengthen how our products are understood and adopted, while building and scaling training programs that equip internal teams with the knowledge and confidence to effectively communicate and sell our solutions.
The Director, Product Marketing and Training will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, enterprise strategy, customer success, and business insights/analytics, aligning messaging, enablement, and training to business priorities. This individual is results-oriented and demonstrates both curiosity and a strategic mindset. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, have proven experience influencing decision-making at all levels, and consistently deliver high-quality, high-impact outputs that drive organizational success.
