The Clinical Product Manager (RPh), (CPM) will be responsible for managing new and existing product development and life-cycle management for assigned specialty and strategic products offered at the assigned business unit. Working under the direction of the business unit leader, the CPM will manage and coordinate the execution for their assigned Pharmacy Programs. The CPM will oversee day-to-day activities to ensure that the relevant products are fully integrated with the communication and sales plans. The CPM leads the process of maintaining and improving the clinical and operational needs of relevant products and contributes to the development of new ones. The individual must work cross-functionally in order to achieve departmental level objectives in support of the strategic plan.

Education:
Undergraduate degree from an accredited university required
Pharmacist license is required
Post-graduate college experience desired
Successful graduate of U.S. accredited college of pharmacy or other professional health college (e.g. nursing, dentistry, physical therapy, etc.), strongly desired
Unrestricted licensure as a registered pharmacist by a states’ board of pharmacy strongly desired
Experience:
Minimum 2 year product management/development or related experience is highly desired.
Experience with specialty pharmacy is highly desired.
Experience in the health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical fields is preferred.
