Our Core Business Hours

Overview

The Sr. Manager, IT Delivery, is responsible for leading and contributing to the delivery, stability, security, and compliance of Archimedes’ enterprise IT platforms, infrastructure, and client-facing applications. This role provides day-to-day leadership and direction for the IT Delivery team, which encompasses security, DevOps, compliance, cloud engineering, and Tier 2 IT support functions. By combining strategic oversight with direct involvement in service delivery, the Sr. Manager ensures that Archimedes maintains a secure, resilient, and audit-ready technology environment that supports both internal operations and client commitments.

Operating within IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, the Sr. Manager ensures timely incident resolution, effective change control, and proactive problem management while driving continuous service improvement. The position serves as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, overseeing system monitoring, triage, and coordination with Tier 3 engineering teams, vendors, and product development groups to achieve rapid resolution for both business-critical operations and client-facing systems.
The role ensures enterprise systems, networking, and platforms remain secure, compliant, and highly available through proactive administration, monitoring, and the enforcement of best practices for identity, access control, endpoint security, network reliability, and system hardening in alignment with SOC 2, HIPAA, and NCQA requirements. In addition, the Sr. Manager oversees observability strategies using telemetry, monitoring, and alerting tools (including Azure and AWS cloud-native and third-party solutions) to detect and remediate performance or security issues before they impact operations or clients.

The Sr. Manager, IT Delivery also plays a key leadership role in security, DevOps, and compliance functions, ensuring automation maturity, cloud resilience, and regulatory alignment across all IT delivery initiatives. This position collaborates closely with MSPs, vendors, internal security teams, DevOps engineers, compliance staff, networking, operations, and software engineering teams to strengthen automation pipelines, streamline operational workflows, and safeguard sensitive data. By integrating compliance evidence collection, incident response, and disaster recovery planning into delivery workflows, the Sr. Manager ensures Archimedes remains audit-ready and risk-resilient in a highly regulated, cloud-first healthcare environment.
