Overview

The Client Concierge serves as a dedicated point of contact for our client’s customer service team, managing and tracking escalations, research requests, and inquiries. This role partners closely with client contacts as well as internal teams, including Product, Account Management, and Customer Service to ensure timely, accurate, and professional resolution of member claims issues and client needs. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, brings a polished communication style, and can balance responsiveness with detail-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, inquiries, and research requests ensuring our client feels supported and issues are addressed with professionalism.
  • Investigate and resolve member claim issues with urgency and accuracy to improve the member experience and maintain client trust.
  • Track, monitor, and report on escalations to provide visibility to leadership and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze escalation data to identify trends and patterns, enabling proactive solutions, and reducing future client or member issues.
  • Recommend internal product, process or communication improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support client communications, including member letters and outreach campaigns to deliver clear and accurate information to members.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and meeting/presentation preparation to give clients actionable insights and enhance decision making.
  • Provide project coordination support for client initiatives and benefit/system enhancements to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document, prioritize, and resolve client needs efficiently fostering strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Learn and apply account management practices to build a foundation for long-term client relationship growth.
  • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Background Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, customer service, or account management support role required.
    • Pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management industry experience preferred.
    • Proficient in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools a plus.
