The Client Concierge serves as a dedicated point of contact for our client’s customer service team, managing and tracking escalations, research requests, and inquiries. This role partners closely with client contacts as well as internal teams, including Product, Account Management, and Customer Service to ensure timely, accurate, and professional resolution of member claims issues and client needs. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, brings a polished communication style, and can balance responsiveness with detail-oriented problem solving.
