Pay Range

USD $65,686.00 - USD $79,140.00 /Yr.

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team!

 

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in executing brand-aligned marketing programs that support business growth and client engagement. This role brings the brand to life through thoughtful campaign execution, content development, and performance tracking. The Marketing Manager collaborates across departments to ensure consistency, relevance, and impact in every customer and stakeholder touchpoint.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?   

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, events, etc.) to support growth initiatives. Ensure all campaigns align with corporate brand standards and voice.  
  • Development of strategic marketing plans, incorporating market research, segmentation, and campaign tactics aligned with business goals.
  • Create targeted messaging and positioning for key segments including health plans, employers, and consultants. Support the articulation and promotion of segment-specific value propositions.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop marketing assets such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and sales collateral that reflect both segment needs and brand identity.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with corporate branding and messaging guidelines. Support brand consistency across PBM initiatives.
  • Work with sales and customer success to support lead generation efforts, leveraging marketing automation tools and CRM systems to drive qualified pipeline growth.
  • Review marketing performance dashboards to identify trends and collaborate with analytics teams to optimize campaign tactics. Provide insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
  • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing execution, brand support, and campaign coordination, preferably in healthcare or B2B environments, required.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including content development, vendor coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Proven experience with writing, editing, and storytelling to support brand messaging and product positioning.
  • Experience working across departments such as sales, products, and compliance.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives 
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
