Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pricing and Underwriting Analyst II to join our Lumicera Specialty Pharmacy team!
The Analyst II, Pricing and Underwriting is responsible for supporting the Pricing and Underwriting team with financial price modeling of provider networks, manufacturer rebates, cost of risk, and client administrative fees. The Analyst II will support the growth team with client proposals and will be responsible for performing an array of analyses and creating reports that facilitate critical business decisions. In addition, the Analyst II will perform supply chain modeling, analytics and contract analysis. The objective is to utilize and harness data in an effective manner to best serve our clients, promote our business model, and support client growth.
This position will communicate and work cross functionally with other internal and external partners including, clients, consultants, vendors, and internal department teams to support cohesive and comprehensive responses to client proposals.

How do I make an impact on my team?
Maintain and enhance sales support mechanisms for prospective clients.
Calculate risk of pricing metrics and value derived from the relationship with the client.
Monitoring and reporting on client-specific network performance, service metrics and supply chain procurement.
Review, pro-actively identify, and support implementation of opportunities for rebate, pricing, and discount performance improvement via analysis.
Research external and internal pricing trends and forecasts to contribute to overall pricing strategy.
Develop and maintain databases to support business decisions and inform responses to client or prospective client requests.
Track and report client performance impacts of relevant programs.
Support development of other Analysts with training opportunities.
Identify opportunities for client savings or program enhancements.
Perform analyses as requested by internal and external business owners, or in support of identified business objectives.
Demonstrate understanding of contractual terms and performance to assist in development of program strategies, pricing decisions, and contract language.
Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy of pricing and processes.

What our team expects from you?
Bachelor's degree required. Emphasis in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science preferred.
2 years relevant experience with PBM, Pharmacy, managed care, business, statistics, or analytical programs required.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
