Pay Range

USD $55,151.00 - USD $66,447.00 /Yr.

STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding an Assoc. Product Manager, eHealth to our team!

 

The Assoc. Product Manager, eHealth (APM) will be responsible for tactical support of Navitus eHealth services, which include e-prescribing (eRx), electronic prior authorization (ePA) and real time prescription benefits (RTPB). The APM will report to and provide support to the Manager, Digital Health. The APM will assist with and identify solutions for system enhancements, stability, and quality by working with IT resources. The APM will work with the Manager, Digital Health to create and monitor metrics that ensure product accuracy and quality, vendor strategy and product management. The APM will work with the key functional areas to ensure quality product development, client support and data integrity. Tasks related to this role will include participation of certification testing with vendors alongside IT resources, assisting in oversight of system enhancements, assisting in creating business requirements, troubleshooting, developing, and reviewing requirements, oversight of some system support tasks, and facilitating enhancement requests. In coordination with the Health Strategies leadership, the APM will follow the team roadmap for long-term success and continuous improvements to Navitus’ eHealth services. The APM will be responsible for tracking all eHealth transactions in Navitus systems, reviewing all eHealth invoices and transaction details from eHealth vendors, and producing eHealth transactions billing statements to Navitus clients that include fees and transaction details for each eHealth activity. The APM will assist in crafting presentations to clients and prospective clients that highlight the value of eHealth products. The APM will develop a deep understanding of industry standards and serve as a business and technical subject matter expert for the organization as they relate to eHealth products.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Work with Health Strategies leadership to execute goals and objectives for Navitus eHealth products.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of eHealth product reports for transaction data and billing for Finance and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop and maintain internal eHealth product metrics.  
  • Assist IT support teams to execute on testing of system enhancements, test cases, managing defects, and documenting results within required timeframes.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence and evolving industry best practices to define and steer Navitus’ products to be an industry leading solution. 
  • Work closely with Health Strategies leadership to ensure detailed requirements meet the needs of the business.
  • Ensure that system enhancements, testing issues, and information about ePrescribing, ePA and real-time prescription benefits are communicated timely to the Manager, Digital Health and IT team.
  • Troubleshoot for system issues or questions.
  • Work with Health Strategies leadership to ensure controls are in place that adequately assess system quality and stability.
  • Work with end users to suggest enhancements to the system or workflow processes to meet the needs of the business.
  • Assist leadership in documenting requirements for new processes, services, and changes to existing processes to achieve department business and strategic goals.
  • Assist leadership in oversight of setup and maintenance of system configuration.
  • Assist with IT after-hours support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in product management, formal/informal leadership and team collaboration/relationship-building management is essential.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
  • Experience with program audits and quality is preferred.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
