Pay Range

USD $49,911.00 - USD $59,418.00 /Yr.

STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Senior Technical Operations Analyst to join our team! 

 

The Senior Technical Operations Analyst provides technical, business, and training support to all members of the team in the Technical Operations Department. The Senior Technical Operations Analyst will interact with key operating departments related to Technical Operations’ business development and operational compliance. The Senior Technical Operations Analyst also understands the roles and responsibilities of the business area and how it fits within the entire corporation. This person will also be viewed as the subject matter expert of assigned Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange processes that are supported by Technical Operations. The Senior Technical Operations Analyst assists in the review and analysis of special projects and may lead these projects as necessary. The Senior Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for knowing how to perform all job responsibilities of the Technical Operations Analysts for the assigned processes and provides training and assistance to other Technical Operations Analysts when needed.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Assigned processes may include one or more of the following: Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) enrollment administration and oversight, Retro-eligibility processes, Financial Information Reporting (FIR), Plan Finder Submission, Coordination of Benefits (COB), Reject Management, Prescription Drug Event (PDE) error management and reconciliation, Medicaid Encounter Data, Affordable Care Act (ACA) Claims Submission, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS)
  • Provides technical expertise to facilitate training, create and maintain documentation, and provide ongoing support of Medicare D operational processes
  • Trains Technical Operations Analysts on all Medicare D procedures related to the processes assigned
  • Works in partnership with the Technical Operations Business Analysts to manage changes to existing processes that are required for Technical Operations. This includes scope definition, business requirements, user acceptance testing, implementation, and maintenance of ongoing production
  • Interfaces with and provides input and oversight to internal operational areas and with external customers to improve the quality of customers' implementations and ongoing experience with Navitus Health Solutions
  • Requests/runs reports and analyzes data to identify or further define issues and provide ongoing quality assurance
  • Develops test plans and coordinates user/system testing
  • Knowledgeable user in 3D for reporting needs that support the Technical Operations processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor/Associate Degree in business related field; or equivalent combined education and experience required
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare Insurance, Pharmaceutical, customer service, data analysis, or equivalent experience
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
