Due to the creation of Clarventa, we are adding a Director, Trade Negotiations and Contracting- GPO to our team. We are looking for innovators to help us create disruption in the market. This role will lead contracting and trade relations across our GPO and member pharmacies.
Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, the Director, Wholesaler Relations & Contracting is responsible for leading all wholesaler and distributor facing contracting strategies that optimize cost, access, and financial value for Lumicera and its GPO member pharmacies. This role oversees negotiations with drug wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, strengthen supply chain reliability, and support profitable procurement models.
The Director serves as the organization’s primary leader for wholesaler contracting, supplier optimization, and pricing strategy, incorporating data driven analysis and financial modeling to inform negotiations and guide decision making. The role maintains strong relationships with wholesalers and pharmacy partners, ensures compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, and collaborates cross functionally to maximize operational and financial performance across the GPO.
