Pay Range

USD $67,657.28 - USD $81,514.71 /Yr.

STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Supervisor, Account Management Training & Enablement to our team!

 

The Supervisor, Account Management Training & Enablement is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs that support onboarding, ongoing development, and operational excellence across Account Management. This role combines people leadership and hands-on execution, overseeing a team of Trainers while actively contributing to curriculum development, training delivery, and enablement for key initiatives. The Supervisor partners closely across Customer Success, Navitus Key, Clinical Services, IT, and Operations to ensure training programs drive consistency, adoption, and high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Coach, mentor, and manage Account Management Trainers; set priorities and performance expectations aligned to business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Define onboarding and ongoing learning programs while actively contributing to curriculum design, content development, and training delivery.
  • Ensure training materials, work instructions, and resource repositories are accurate, standardized, and maintained.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align training with tools, workflows, and process changes while supporting adoption of key initiatives. 
  • Oversee coaching frameworks and provide direct support for complex development needs and performance gaps. 
  • Serve as the liaison between training and business teams to align priorities and share outcomes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and lead improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and impact.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, account management, or healthcare operations required. 
  • 1–2 years of people leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for operational teams required.
  • Prior experience balancing individual contributor responsibilities with team leadership strongly preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow design, or operational transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
